Download tests, the following files are a mixture of blank text files renamed with the relevant extension to test firewall rules that should block the relevant file type and actual archive files or executable files to test firewall inspection rules.
Many of these tests are used in Cyber Essentials Plus Certifications to ensure Firewalls are configured properly.
Even if the files do download successfully, you should be prompted where to save, to avoid drive by downloads
There should be no autorun action for the files
Attachment Manager should be enabled so it classifies files downloaded from the Internet as High to Low risk so you should be prompted when trying to open the file.
